How to use an existing HADatAc Infrastructure
To understand how to use the HADatAc infrastructure, we recommend the following instructions
How to get a personal (development) HADatAc Insfrastructure with Docker
To understand how to install a personal HADatAc instance and ingest your own study data with the use of the HADatAc infrastructure, we recommend the following three pieces of instruction:
- How to install the infrastructure with Docker
- How to operate the infrastructure with Docker
- How to bootstrap the infrastructure's knowledge graph and
- How to have a study content ingested into the infrastructure
How to install and setup a production HADatAc Infrastructure
The installation of a full production environment may be a lot more challenging than installing a HADatAc development instance. A production environment requires attention to many aspects of a web application such as the following: user registration, email configuration for user authentication, front-end website security including webserver and firewall configuration, back-end website security, scalability setups including scalability of backend data repositories. HADatAc has gone through all those issues and we will be happy to assist projects interested in adopting HADatAc. A full documentation of more advanced configurations is still work in progress.
The publications in this website also provide valuable content to understand our semantic solution for data acquisition and management.
